Hi ,

After having my surgery cancelled this past week, it has been

rescheduled for June 1st, so I will be right there with you. It

sounds like I'm having the same surgery too (lower jaw moved forward,

and upper jaw moved up . . . in layman's terms). Anyhow, I know Sara

and a few others are having surgery around that time too, so there

will be plenty of us to support eachother. I was really bummed when

my surgery was cancelled this week (due to an oncoming cold), but

everyone on here had such encouraging words, and I realized how

important it is to have people that understand exactly how daunting

this whole process can be. Friends and family can certainly be

supportive and sympathetic, but people on this board can truly

empathize!! Make sure you take really good care of your health this

next month. I really ran myself down trying to get things done, and

that coupled with the stress of the surgery really weakend my immune

system. So, get lots of rest and take vitamins!! We'll be in

touch!
