Guest guest
Thanks for the info and the sympathy everyone. It's so nice to have a helpful community to ask these sorts of questions of.Unfortunately I don't have a bathtub, just a shower. So I'll have to make do with soaking my feet and ankles with epsom salt. Also, I'm not feeling well enough to go out and pick up charcoal (and I don't trust anyone else to do it for me) so it will have to wait for next time. I sure appriciate the advice though.~CD, SCD 02/21/10 I second epsom salt baths. You can also try activated charcoal. Mix the contents of 2 capsules of charcoal in 2 cups boiling water. The charcoal will settle to the bottom. When it's all settled, it should be cool enough to drink. You can use the charcoal twice... I got this information from Jodi... I do not have series of die off when I have a little flare and go back intro though.
