Guest guest
Hi Vickie, My nutrionist says yes. Liquid is liquid but the important thing to remember is the purpose of us drinking water. By waterloading our pouches feel full and we do not feel the need to eat as often and as much. Although I haven't reached that point yet, I am told that most of us will eventually feel hungry at times and thats when waterloading really helps. Water also helps with our body's metabolism so don't short yourself on water if you can. Easier said than done though! LOL Take care, Bridget Northam > Okay, I have another question.
