getting the insurance to approve the surg

My sister was just denied approval for GBS by her insurance co. Her

BMI is 49% and they say that does not qualify. She has been obese

since 1st grade (now 42). Any suggestions on what she can do when re-

submitting her request to the insur. Her dr sent in a 30 page

report.
