Guest guest
I too am in your situation. From my two week post op appointment to my month appointment ( a total of two weeks) i had only lost three lbs. Was discouraged but they told me that I was doing great. WELL... I HAVE NOT LOST A SINGLE POUND SINCE THAT DAY ON JUNE 23. I drink my water, don't even get three ounces in a meal, and exercise daily. I am so frustrated although I tried on some old clothes and it made me feel better because since surgery on May 27 I have went down two pant and shirt sizes and lost 25 lbs. Sometimes you feel better when you measure inches, a friend told me that. Thanks Laurette!!!!! just thought you should know that I am in the same boat.
