Thanks...I finally found a couple brands at stores I where I normally don't

shop, go figure! I found the Organic Valley you mentioned and Horizon and made

a couple batches with it this weekend. This stuff is heavenly!!! I've been

worried about not being able to gain weight, but I think enough of this stuff

could do the trick!

Lakes (but they add some fishy chemicals), Organic Valley and Trader Joe's. it's

weird though, they still add it to their heavy cream. Can you find a brand from

a local farm? I've had the best luck with those!
