You may eat past the point of feeling full and you will throw up.

After doing that a few times, you will learn when to stop.

I agree. There are days that I eat too much and it takes me another day

or two to gt back on the band wagon. For instance yesterday I couldn't stop

eating everything in sight. At times it was out of hunger and other times it

was literally uncontrolable urges to eat. Today my stomach is totally cramped

and killing me and this happens everytime I over eat.

So dear you are not alone and I believe this happens for many reasons. For me

I am so grateful that it doesn't happen all the time and I am slowly learning

to recognize the behavior. the next step is when I get these overwhelming

feelings to get up and do something constructively vs. eating right?

Any suggestions would be appreciated or if anyone else out there is

experiencing this would be great to hear from you.

Always be Optimistic as a good Positive Attitude takes us a long way and

nothing " .
