My sisters, brother in law (husbands brother) is due for his 4th transplant. Waiting for the right doner. He had his 1st transplant at the age of 18. Some went longer than others, he now is 46 years old. He doesn't give up faith. I know 2 others who had them and that has been over 5 years for one, the other 2 years ago and they are doing great. Everyone's bodies handle these things different, but have faith, all these people are still alive and loving life to their fullest. Thank care. I'll be praying for your friend and her husband. Two of my cousins

have had kidney transplants, and come through fine. It's a hard wait

until a donor can be found - I hope someone in his family will be a

match.

are doing fine....it is just that the timing really really sucks...my

best friend is 4 months pregnant.....hugs, dama

I do understand life throws us a lot at once sometimes. For example right now I'm going through a divorce, my dad died just 2 1/2 months ago, I'm getting ready to move my son off to college, my mother and 1 sister hasn't handled my dad's death and are having mental melt down and so much more. Stay strong, have faith and things will be okay. Take care.
