Guest guest
Well kiddies, I feel so darned good about being on the losing team again. Originally, I was going to work on the 1200 calorie meal plan. I gave it a real good go, but found that I did a whole lot better with about 1500-ish calories instead. So, I'm still logging everything and keep between 1300 and 1500 average calories per day. Since my last weigh-in on 6-14, I've lost 15 pounds! I go back to Richmond on 7-12 and I'm going to tell that I hope she brought a clean pair of panties because after she weighs me that day, she'll definately need them! I figure that if I can maintain this momentum of weight loss until then, I could actually be 20 or more pounds lighter (since my last weigh-in). Ya know... jumping for joy is pretty good exercise. Hope I don't hurt myself in the process. <beg> Ron
Guest guest
You go Ron!!! I've been going to the gym and feeling pretty good about things myself! I was weighing the same thing for about six weeks and finally busted my plateau!! Now if I can keep it up! The kids start swimming lessons at the gym on the tenth, so I know I can be there five days a week for those two weeks, cuz I have to. LOL Keep it going, my friend! Guest guest
Dude You suckered me back in. Hello to everyone again. I have been lerking for the last 4 months and this was the one that reeled me back in. I have been doing ok. I am riding my bike to work almost every day, it is 15 miles each way. I have logged over 600 miles since April 1. My weigh has NOT changed. I am stuck at 334 and it has gotten to the point that I just laugh when I go to the monthly meetings in Sacramento and weigh in. Everyone has a different answer and I really do not know what to do next. I just know I am not giving up after all the work I have done, and when the doctors are ready to give me the next tool I will use it, until then I will just keep working on my pool with the spoon God gave me. I will blog more later, and Ron, congratulations and keep your wet panties to yourself. > > Well kiddies, I feel so darned good about being on the losing team again. Guest guest
Hey, - glad to see you back here. Sounds like you're doing great on the exercise; have you checked your measurements lately? Maybe you're building muscle and losing fat? Cathy C.
Guest guest
Glad to see you posting again , no matter what the reason. Keep drinking LOTS of water and since you are just in maintain mode right now, try logging your foods so you can actually SEE what may need adjusting there. Now, on a personal note... I've been looking at bicycles lately. I really want to buy one both for transprtation needs as well as exercise. My problem is that I don't want to look or feel too much like an elephant on a tricycle. Largely, I don't care much about what others think, but I want to feel comfortable too. So tell me, what sort of bicycle to you ride? Ron Re: Back on the losing team! Dude You suckered me back in.Hello to everyone again.
