Laurie, What's up, What are you talking about only temporary weight loss, aren't you working out, well muscle weighs more than fat, so it might just be your body adjusting, so don't get down you're still doing great!!!!!!!! Take care T

me. I know exercise is building muscle. In fact,

I've lost two inches in the waist without a weight

change. So I'm good! :) My objective isn't really a

loss, but to lose some belly fat, so I'm on track.

However, it still sucks to not see the scale move.

However, I am doing great! Thrilled with my little

two inches gone. :) Sometimes getting myself moving

toward the gym is HAAAAAARD. But I gotta do it. I

gotta I gotta I gotta I gotta...

I know how hard it is to quit, but I know you have it within yourself to quit. Look at what you have accomplished already. Good luck Laurie, and I'll check in with you again soon. :)
