Guest guest Posted July 3, 2006 Report Share Posted July 3, 2006 I know that for me I just started walking alot more and I have lost only a lb... it seems like my weight loss has slowed just this week I totalled 21.7 miles with only losing a lb. so I remeasured to get current stats on that. Lets remember that even if the scale doesnt move our heart is really appreciating the exercise.. I have to keep telling myself that.
