I have been very preoccupied lately and have not been posting but I

usually read. I just want all of you to know that this now 66 year

old woman has reached one pound from onderful. I go down very slowly

now and I have been frustrated. My husband is teasing me for using

that word too much. But I am not gaining and I am relaxing much

more. If I nibble on a cherry tomato, I don't get so upset. I am an

all or nothing person when it comes to dieting and I usually end up

with nothing. This time around, I can't overeat so I feel safe to

not be so hard on myself if I nibble a tomato or a carrot or even a

bite of cheese. I still don't touch my addiction of sweets. Today, I

even ate a small peach and I was fine. I try very hard not to nibble

and usually I make it but not always. I have decided that doctors do

not really know what diet we should be following on this program.

Every doctor has a different idea so we must find out what is a

livable way for each of us. I follow the basic rules of eating at

once and drinking an hour later for as long as I can. That is

usually 3-5 hours depending on how occupied I am. In any case, I am

happy to be on here again and I hope everyone is doing OK. How is

Francisco doing with the marathon and how is Robynn doing and

and Donna? I guess I miss you all. Love, Lilka

LilkaGlad to hear from you, sounds like you doing great. I'm so happy you are just 1 pound from onederland. My life is hard with all I'm going through (you'll read on other post), but I really enjoy this journey. I am holding my 138 and very happy. I just came back from a nice vacation in Colorado, so I haven't been posting for sometime up until this week. Life is hard and very full, but it will not make me turn to food. I turn to friends and family and when they don't help the stress I turn to the psychologist and this has really keep me happy and not messing up my journey. I love hearing from you. Take care. Hi there Lilka- I was wondering where you went. I am glad to hear you

doing so well. Almost to ONEderland? Good for you. I have always been

right behind you both in spirit and our journey. Keep up the great

job. And again it is great to know you are still out there.
