Guest guest
Hi. I am getting stronger, that is for sure. I am able to walk again after having way too much pain. . But I love my new muscles from Curves and I am planning to continue going there even though I want to dance and do other kinds of exercise. I always seem to have the 30 minutes Curves demands. But 30 minutes of aerobics is not enough I know. I am losing very slowly. I have come to accept that. I am out now about 6 months and since the operation I have lost about 57 pounds. Since orientation, I lost 90 pounds and I am about 1-2 pounds from onderland. do you know what that is? I am happy about it but I wish I could lose a bit more. Guest guest
LilkaYou're doing just great. Age plays a big part and you are doing great. So close to onderland. Not that far from losing 100 pounds from the beginning. This is wonderful. Just keep it up. Take care. Donna JLilka wrote: Hi. I am getting stronger, that is for sure. Guest guest
That's great that you are getting stronger and gaining some muscle definition. I think curves would be great, but they do not offer childcare, so they will not work out for me. Congrats on being so close to one-derland. That has to be exciting. Too bad we can't all get to goal in six months or less. I'm a year out and still not quite there. Take care and hang tough, Laurie Hi. I am getting stronger, that is for sure.
