HI

I'm often asked. How did i lose 460lbs in 460 days, I ate 700 calories

a day, did no snacking, drank tons of water, took my supplements,

exercised as much as i could, that really took me to lose a couple of

hundred pounds to be able to do so. I stayed positive, I never lost

sight of what my goal was, i also never had a goal weight, really did

not want to get caught up in the numbers game, i have been more

interest in reclaiming my life doing the things i never dreamt of

doing when i was 715lbs.

I've had many speed bumps along my journey, never losing sight of the

end goal, one thing i believe that we forget as MO people is to laugh,

and smile, I believe that with laughter and smiling you will win your

battle and begin to reclaim your life.

Every minute, of every hour, of every day, you've got to fight the

good fight.
