Guest guest Posted July 8, 2006 Report Share Posted July 8, 2006 Hello I read so many post, talk to many people who fall off the wagon for just one meal, and they beat themselves up, some will snowball and continue with the bad eating habits, remember we are human, we will make mistakes along the way. Its the ones that get right back into the game, are the one's who win, next to protein (not drinking it all the time) eating, water, and exercising are the keys, and thanks to Tim, yes support groups are the most important of all, we're not alone, use all the knowledge you can get. get your butt into a meeting.
