Guest guest
-Connie I purchased a book by Leach called before and after. It has great recipes and they are based on low fat for before and after GBS. Guest guest
I would suggest low carb. There are tons in the book stores. South Beach and Atkins. I found a book on line on the Obesity.com sit, 's Bariatric Eating.com . Hope that helps. -- Does anyone have a good cook book or recipes they can recommend for eating low calories? My husband is our chef (and a darn good one) and wants to be able to cook stuff that I can eat while I lose my 10%. He too wants to start eating better and if he can drop the weight without GBS then that would be great. Anyways, if anyone can steer me towards either a website or book I would really appreciate it!!
