Guest guest Posted July 24, 2006 Report Share Posted July 24, 2006 Hi Connie, I cook for my family everyday and have found wonderful recipes in the South Beach Diet paperback. There are menus and recipes for the 3 phases, the first with very low carbs , phase 2 adds some healthy carbs and phase 3 is supposed to be for life. My husband will ask me to go back to phase one when his blood sugar gets high. I especially like the pistachio encrusted chicken breast salad with green goddess dressing and the orange roughy with ginger/scallion sauce (I use talapia instead of roughy). Bon Appetite!
