Hi everyone!! Everything is kind of on track for the big event on

Sunday, April 10, 2005 beginning at 5:00pm (still not in stone).

The Indianapolis Colts have donated us the pavilion at the corporate

offices at 56th and I-465 in Indy to use. The caterer is kind of

booked, I just have to get her $500 to secure the menu. The

magician is booked. He is a wonderful magician so I have been

told. I hope my friends are leading me nicely here on this one.

The cost per person for the dinner, silent auction and magic show is

$30 for 13 and over, $20 for 3 and under. We are being charged for

400 people if we fill it which is the maximum capacity.

What I need to know from all of you who are planning on participatin

in this is how many invitations you need. Each invitation will be

personalized to the child with RSS. What I mean is for my

invitations they will read 'Abby's Magical Dinner'; for Coby they

will read 'Coby's Magical Dinner'. I am doing this because each of

our children need to be recognized. So I will also need the correct

spelling of your child's name.

Let me know by December 1st the number and correct names. I hope to

have everything to the printer in the next couple of weeks.

le...If you know of someone in or near Indy that wants to be

involved but does not check this site often could you please let

them know of the deadlines. I am referring to someone in Muncie

that was having computer problems. Thanks.

what is this magical night for? Is it a rss convention? I am not a member

Hey Amy,

I just read your message. I will get in contact with Lindsey in

Muncie. I absolutely know that they will be involved. I will get a

count on the number of invitations that I will need and that

information to you asap. And you were right about the spelling of

Coby's name. Coby Biddle hehehe cute name for a cute boy!

By the way, going to see Riggs tomorrow. Decided that there was

nothing to do different at this point becuase we are following Dr.

H's instructions, so I will wait and talk to Dr. E about switching

endo's when we see him in just a couple weeks. I'll let you know how

it goes tomorrow.

Amy - Do you want me to try and email anyone in the Indiana area

about this invitation opportunity ahead of time? We will do a

mailing/announcement of course once it gets confirmed with all the

details (just let us know once you have an official flyer or

invitation) but didn't know if you wanted me to do a quickie email

about this.... Many of the families are NOT on the listserve.
