Guest guest
Hi Ann, People are getting us mixed up but their reply's were still very interesting to read. Hallucinations are dreadful as the patients believe in them so strongly. Thankfully Al hasn't had any for quite some time now, but when he did well we nearly had big arguements over what he thought he saw. I found talking to him quietly and at the right time helped him work through his bad times. Still don't know exactly what triggered them off in the first place - one of the medications probable caused it. Everything takes time to settle in their bodies - we just have to put up with it. But if it really gets very bad talk to his Neuro about it and insist on a change in his meds. Hope you're all having lovely weather again. People are getting us mixed up you're Ann in Soddy TN and I'm Ann in Brisbane Australia! But we both have husbands called " Al " .
