Guest guest
I have never been a smoker so I can't speak from personal experience. I did watch my aunt try to quit smoking for years and years. She smoked about 1 1/2 packs a day for over 40 years. She had an emotional breakdown and went on Wellbutrin. Almost immediately she stopped smoking as the Wellbutrin made it taste bad (or something like that). She has been off cigarettes for 2 years now and still takes the Wellbutrin. I am sure this doesn't work for everyone, but it sure would be worth trying. I take Wellbutrin for depression and it works great for me. Kathy M. Guest guest
I tried the gum, but it numbed my gums and upset my stomach, so I chose to use the patch and chew regular gum. So far so good!!! maria
