The DS and Food Intolerances?

I'm currently awaiting insurance approval for the DS and wanted some

feedback about this subject. I have intolerances to egg and soy and

was wondering if there are any post-ops on the list who have food

intolerances (doesn't have to be just egg and/or soy, but possibly

wheat, corn, etc...). Has the condition become worse, better or has

not changed after surgery? I'm a bit worried about this because when

I eat these foods, which sometimes are hidden in restaurant food,

they cause chronic sinus problems as well as inner ear infections and

bronchitis. I'm wondering if after the surgery if I ingest these

foods will the reaction be worse?

If anyone has any insight into this, please contact me directly as I

don't have the group's messages sent to my email box because of the

volume.

Thanks in advance,

a

Hi a,

I have a friend who had the DS on Aug 1 and she had allergies to eggs and is

now able to tolerate them and she is very pleased. If you want to talk to

her about this her email address is:

Her name is Sandy.
