Guest guest
Thank you for pointing out the neuro toxin about rubbing alcohol in epsom salt bath. I am the one who post it. I have used it to soothing my arthritis pain, and did not aware of the toxin for children. I am sorry to mess up. Melody Stuart Janousky wrote: Hi, I just read the post about epsom salts and rubbing alcohol and I had to respond. Rubbing alcohol is a neuro toxin, particularly for children. Remember the alcohol baths from years ago to bring down fever? Medical reports now show that it was linked with causing brain damage. We all work so hard to keep our kids on this diet, I would hate to see us add another challenge for them. On a positive note, adding a couple of teaspoons on glycerin to an epsom salt bath will help prevent any dryness. Hope this helps.
