Hi Kathy... how long were you in the hospital? I was in for 8

days. They had me on the morphine for 3 days, then took out my

epidural & switched me to demorol for 3 days, then I was on vicoden

by mouth for a couple days before I went home. Talk to your surgeon

about it.. I'm sure he would know and have suggestions.. Good luck
