or high carb veges etc

-need some " loaf bread " type things or some " pick on " things for thruout the day

-I'm about stage 3- here's what I eat now - PS not a fish fan

pork/chicken/some beef -occasional scd bacon

spinach, swiss chard, zuc's. Occasional french cut green beans, homemade tom

juice sauce (I take out the garlic/onion after cooking)

cooked blueberries and strawberries

cheescake minus honey

" bread " dccc with pecan meal flour eggs etc

eggs

pecan butter

avocado

goat yogurt

cinnamon

van

rosemary

salt pepper

and lemon

that's about me in a nutshell - any creative folks with ideas are much

appreciated

Eileen,What about toasted Marilyn's souffle bread with Baba Ganough (an eggplant based houmous, don't know if eggplant is high carb though)? What about a berry milkshake with cooked & frozen berries (or cooled cooked berries and ice), coconut oil, coconut milk, and a bit of french cream? What about toasted souffle bread with guacamole? Dried zucchini crisps? Devilled eggs? Use the cooked (and slightly reduced) berries instead of lemon in lemon curd recipe and leave out/severely reduce the honey? Fritata with egg, wilted spinach, bit of french cream, and a hint of nutmeg, salt & pepper? Ok, now I need to cook dinner! ; )AmeliaTo: BTVC-SCD Sent: Thu, April 8, 2010 7:13:13 PMSubject: need some variety ideas

Heya Eileen,

Just wanted to share your heart that I too don't like my shakes without a banana

either. It's just not worth it.

Banana frozen yogurt seems really good for this weather!

BUH!
