Guest guest
Yes you do need to watch all nonfood sources too. And washing your hands after touching a gluten contaioning product is a must. Gluten and casein are in almost everything its seems-so your best bet is to call or write every company on every product you use-sometimes you may have to call twice if they answer without checking on it I always doubt the answer. Ad rechecking every three months is good practice as products change formulations often.f hidden G & C > Ross has been on the diet for 1 month now. Guest guest
Hi, I thought I replied to this but my email doesn't say I did so if this is a repeat answer - sorry. Yes, you have to avoid ALL gluten and that does mean in shampoos and all. I use & s hypoallergenic head-to-toe baby wash for LJs shampoo and Dove soap for his skin. For toothpaste I use Childrens Tooth Gel from Weleda which also has no flouride. Laundry, dishes and general cleaning I use the Sun & Earth products which Miss Robens carries (they are allnatural, no chemiacals and work great - smell delicious too). You have to definetly wash your hands as you mentioned if you were eating and touching No No foods. Cross contamination, even just a little, is an important issue with this diet.
