Need Help w\ BCBC MT/TX denying helmet claim

Does any one have experience with BCBS of MT or Tx? My situation is

convoluted...I live in Tx but work for a company in MT. All my explanation of

benefits come from BCBS MT, but it's BCBS Tx that handles some of my insurance

since I live here. I don't totally understand it myself.

Bottom line...BCBS of MT has sent me an explanation of benefits denying my

entire claim. I checked in the files section of this sight and found a document

that for BCBS Tx that looks like there is coverage for the corrective helmet

which makes me hopeful.

I want to be as prepared as possible and efficient when I call them. Now that I

have the denial, what is my next step? What documents should I submit to them?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

On a positive note - Noah is graduating from his helmet 3 weeks early, next

week!!! I don't have his exact improvement measurements right now, but I can

tell you that visually his head looks great!!! (Not perfect, but the average

person would never know.) Yeah Cranial Tech!!!
