Shelly,

that is why its important for you to tell your doc or the nurse to make sure

what you are there for is documented! I always do that....for example, last

month the bakers cyst under the crack of my knee was bothering me and I

asked the doc if he wrote it down to document it....he went and got my chart

and wrote it down. ALWAYS do that for anything!

It doesnt matter if you take the pic or your husband takes it....(although i

think it would be easier if your hubby does it lol) do you know if your doc

has a camera for that purpose? Or you can do both...you take it and the doc

takes it....in that case you will have to get an appt asap before you treat

the rash .....

Hugs, Judie

As long as you tell your doc to please document it, and it corresponds

with the doctor's notes, I don't see why not.. Or you could bring

copies of the pics to the doctor, explain why you want the rashes

documented, & ask him/her to include the pictures as part of your

medical record. Its just documentation.. unless the doc were to say,

" Oh no, she never had rashes like that. " , why would the insurance

company question the veracity of the photos? Its just to help you out

farther down the road.. but tell your doc, & explain WHY you want them

documented.

Hope this helped-

ps- the nystatin powder heals those fungus infections better than the

creams because they help keep those areas dry.. the creams keep them

wet & raw longer. Just fyi.
