Have you had a colonoscopy or endocoscopy from a Gastrointerologist? They could

perhaps pinpoint if something else is causing this?

Are you close to that time of the month? I'm not sure what condition you have,

but with my IBS, I notice that to get my worst IBS symptoms (gas, bloating,

tiredness around my menstrual cycle. I'd either get really bad constipation or

really bad diarrhea (bad chronic gas).

Or could it be the cabbage? Cabbage is hard to digest.

What did you have in the days prior to the chicken. I read in BTVC that it takes

two or more days sometimes for a flare up to occur if you eat something

" illegal " . Maybe you had something illegal (unlisted on an ingredients package)

and didn't know it.

Hi Karianne I want to offer the following suggestions, all of which I have done myself and found very helpful:

1. First of all, pressure cook all of your vegetables and cook your meats very well, like make stews that are cooked a long time with the broth and vegetables, use only root vegetables (absolutely no cabbage now; use carrots, parsnips, zucchini, escarole, do not eat any potatoes or any kind of starch) Blend all of your foods before eating them (If you find you must go out to eat, then take a couple of HCL (stomach acid) pills 20 min. before you eat anything. Blending should render the food very, very smooth, like oil paint. The food has to be the size of a particle of sand before the stomach should dump it into the intestine. You are not digesting at all and this is why you see all this undigested food in your stool. Because of this, you probably have a lot of parasites living off of the undigested food. Do not eat anything unless it is blended. DO THIS FOR ONE MONTH. As

you do this, begin to add a pancreatic digestive capsule, taking about 4 or 5 (325 mg per cap) of them 20 min.before eating and also begin to take a good probiotic for the fungii.

2, Make a pot of chicken soup with a whole organiz chicken with all veg. as above stated. Cook very slowly for about 10 or 12 hrs. During the cooking, add 2 TBS of apple cider vinegar to the water. Do not use sink water, but get a good water, probably distilled water from wherever you can. Refrigerate and then skim off the fat when it hardens. This is sooo healing and it will taste soo good to you. Make it often. You should see good results within a short time and this will give you the courage to continue. And God is always there.3. Make a lot of mineral broths with good water, use vegs about, cut off one inch off potatoes with skin and throw away the middle part which is all starch, and drink a lot of this broth throughout the day. It will hasten your healing. Drink drink, drink. it is so important.

You know, I dont really stick to what is legal or illegal - I just do what works. But I do know a lot about food. Good luck if you decide to try.

Hi!I need some help, I've no idea what's happening.

Three weeks ago I did two things at the same time without being quite aware of it.

Sunday: I had no reaction to what I ate.

Monday: Had some chicken for lunch and reacted to that (which I normally don't).

Tuesday: I was so hungry at dinnertime that I cooked the vegetables for about 35 minutes instead of 45, so they weren't as soft as usual. During the evening my stomach "bubbled" and I had some gas. Stools in the evening were small and hard with some small pieces of undigested food. Very tired and sleepy all day.

Wednesday: eggs for breakfast. My stomach hurt for more than two hours, "normally" it only hurts for max 1 hour.

Lots of stools with some undigested pieces of food. Forgot that I had boiled the vegetables less the day before and tried boiled cabbage for the first time. Again I was impatient and probably didn't boil it for long enough. But no pain.

Thursday: Woke up because I had to go to the bathroom and had very loose stools. Had a casserole with broccoli/cauliflowe r for dinner and pain afterwards. Probably should have been boiled longer. But energywise I was ok.

Friday: Stools with green bits. An hour after breakfast I had intense pains on the sides of my stomach.

Saturday: Stools in lumps with undigested bits of food.

Sunday: From my food diary: Lots of stools, didn't look good. Pretty orange with larger orange "stripes". Bits of undigested food. Later the same day: strong pains around the area of my "follicular tubes", then stools. Lots of carrot bits and other bits. Not good.

Monday: From my food diary: an episode with rapid intense pain. Really odd stools. Like rabbit droppings with fibre threads. Started pureeing everything I ate from Monday morning.

Pureeing the food helped. The largest undigested bits disappeared but I'm still making "rabbit droppings". Completely separate little balls. Sometimes orange. Often pain on the side of my stomach just before I have to go. Sometimes first "droppings" then a larger lump. Then I always get strong pains in my left side, so painful that I can't stand up.

I tried pureeing all my food. I tried cutting out some vegetables to see if it was the latest new vegetables that were the cause. But I'm no better, and it's been three weeks.

I don't know what to do, or what this means. I've never had stools like rabbit droppings before.

What can this mean, and what can I do?

Normally a flare up like this will stop after about a week, but this one isn't stopping!

I'm desperate. Please help!Karianne

I have been on the diet for 8 months now and have made good progress.. I don't

eat any cabbage now ;)

I eat: Butternut squash (baked 1,5hour at 420F), carrots, broccoli, cauliflower,

green beans and sugar snaps. All pressure cooked in chicken/beef stock at least

15 minutes. I don't tolerate other veggies.

I try to make chicken soup every week but I don't add vinegar of to reason. nr

1: It taste horrible... nr 2: I get sick every time. But I can make more chicken

soup..

I have had both and they did not find anything. But I did not expect them to

find anything because I have been on a nearly SCD diet for 1,5 years and 100%

SCD for 5 months.

It is now 2 years since I lost my periode and no on can tell my why :(

The days before the chicken I actually did try to eat increase my fat intake. I

have forgotten that, thanks for the reminder! And that did not go so well..

I take digestive enzyme to every meal..
