There are several good brands. You need to get the mixed culture,

that is, not just L. Acidophilus, but also L. Bulgaris and a few

others whose name I cannot recall. I get the Solgar brand

(refrigerated) in Fresh Fields @ $19.95 for 120 capsules. Others

have found cheaper brands, but I have no experience with them.

I got one that is 50 tablets for 9 bucks at walmart...its Lastrix? or

something. I have to refridgerate it but chewing them sucks...they are

horrible! I gag everytime
