Guest guest
Hi group: I'm just a real slow loser. I know that I really like my carbs (3 slices of bread a day) and that is a big reason for the slow loss. My question is has anyone ever tried any of the carb (starch) blockers that are on the market? I was thinking that if they worked I could take one before a carbo attack. By the way I get in all my protein and H2O with no problems. Just looking for an edge. I love bread and eat alot of it. It is the one thing i couldnt give up ever. I eat high protein bread. " Earth Grains " make some breads that have 5 grams of protein per slice. I also have found a bakery here in MN that makes a high protein bread it has 7 grams of protein per slice. this bread has no yeast in it and is made from organic grains. it can be ordered off the internet., I put peanut butter on it use it for sandwiches. iCant help you with the carb blockers but i hope this helps.if you are interested in that bakery bread let me know and i will mail you the name and address. Guest guest
I am not a " bread " person, however, I do love a good sandwich and think that using bread that helps with the daily protein requirements would be a very wise eating choice. Please send me the info for ordering! Thanks much!!
