I do not have any recipes but maybe someone can post them for you or you can search the archives from the yahoo group. I guess it's not advanced but I don't know. I'm not ordering it at this time because I know how I am with something like that. I'd eat too much of it instead of working in vegetables and fruit. I did that with dccc/certain cheeses. Can't go near nut butters very often, not even tahini for the same reason. None of the proteins, starches, or sugars which are a problem.
