Guest guest
1. Since the goat's milk is pasteurized do I still need to boil it to 180 before cooling it to room temperature? Yep.2. Am I correct in my understanding of the directions that I should only use 1/16 of the GI Prostart yogurt starter per one quart of milk?Yep! I know, it seems like a really small amount =) That's what I use, though, and I just follow their directions for the amount which is 1/8 tsp per 2 quarts or 1/16 per quart.Good luck in your yogurt making!
