Well boys and goils,

I had a few friends fighting the Brown and Toland battle regarding

the new fasting requirement, and I had to see a few friends through

that challenge before I felt comfortable saying:

I AM APPROVED!!!!

Now that we know that there will be intelligent and reasonable

consideration for not forcing patients to go through this liquid

fast, I am sure more and more of us will be getting approval.

The good news came last week, unfortunately, I was in the hospital

and my hubby couldn't figure out how to record it for me, so I didn't

get to hear it til Friday night.

My surgery is scheduled for November 19th, barring a release from my

cardiologist. I have an arrithymia discovered a year ago this

month. They did all sorts of nasty isotope kinda tests on me and

declared it to be benign, but because I will be undergoing a pretty

invasive surgery, I have to get another release. Since I feel this

is only a formality, and I have passed all my other requirements, I

should have a suite at CPMC that Monday!!!

Thanks for all the support, advice, feedback, love, and shoulders

from all of you!!! I am a wreck, but a good one!

Hugs,

Theresa

Alyssa,

I am thrilled that I won't have to be anxious for too long!

Actually, ever since I met Dr. J I have had a feeling of peace about

the surgery, knowing that I am in excellent hands, and that

everything will go well. Thanks hon,

theresa
