I would leave the vegetables in the broth myself. If vegetables cause

gas, take Beano.

No limit on water. The more the better.

I find ginger tea and crackers are good for nausea. Also, if it's a

real problem, the doctor can prescribe something.

Congratulations on having your surgery next Tuesday.

I geat nausea sometimes when I do I sip some peppermint tea or suck on a piece

of peppermint does the trick each time

A big comfort broth for me was egg-drop soup.

My pcp prescribed compazine suppositories.

Tell your friend to sip, sip, sip drink as much as she can, warm or

ice herbal teas, water, broth.
