Alot of people use it as an egg replacer in recipes-mix a little falx with

water and let it sit for five minutes and you can use it in place of an egg

in a recipe. you can also just add it to recipes in small amounts and it

willnot affect the recipe. I found it hid well in spice cakes. f

for recipes to use it in. Are there any specifically for flax, or do you

just add it to existing recipes. If you add to an existing recipe, do you

cut oil or anything else? If so, by how much?

I bake Flax seed powder in MANY THINGS: Muffins, meat dishes, cereals

It is a great way to get Essential Fatty Acids.

Don't add too much it will alter the taste of foods

Take care
