Guest guest
i didn't have any blood gases drawn along with my pulmonary function tests. just had that clip put on my finger and it read saturation. however, after surgery when i woke up, i notice the telltale needle mark on my wrist where they apparently did a blood gas after i was OUT. yes, it is uncomfortable, but bearable when you are awake. i have had one before. and i am very freaky about drawing blood and such. but i survived. you can too, IF you need one done. don't worry. mary y > > > including a PFT, which > > included the oh-so-fun arterial gases bloodcheck.
