Losing weight is part of a process and the surgery is only the first step. Critical are taking your supplements, get your labs done regularly, and then finally participating in support groups. For those of you who had to travel so far for your surgery, it would be great if you could network with other WLS patients in your area. We patients of Dr. Jossart are trying to set up our own support group. Will keep you posted as to our progress! Thanks for the reminder, !
