SCD-legal cold/allergy medicine

I've been sneezing a lot lately (it's allergy season!) I was wondering if there

are any SCD-legal cold/allergy medicines. The DayQuil and Nyquil I looked at

have sugar alcohols in them...and although its tempting to take them to banish

the stuffy nose, headaches,etc;... I don't take them.

Does anyone know of SCD-legal allergy medicines that would be safe to take?
