Where did you get your acedopholis (sp?) I need some, my D. has gotten worse - You can get acidophilus from GIProhealth (SCDophilus) or Lucy's kitchen shop.just adding pearsauce has been the only new thing from the intro diet. You can make yogurt from almond milk? How? Where to get the starter?Not sure how to make nut yogurt, but you can get starter at GIProhealth as well, or you can use a commercial yogurt as a starter. One legal kind you can use is Dannon Plain full fat yogurt, and another is fage greek yogurt.
