Guest guest
, Without knowing your starting BMI/ weight/ height, it impossible to evaluate your progress, though 4 lbs/week doesn't sound bad to me. This pattern of loosing a bunch the first few weeks and then really slowing down or even stopping weight loss is common. Much of what is happening is that you loose tons of water weight early on and then you start to re-gain the water weight as you re-hydrate. You sound like you are on a path to loose about 150 lbs total, but it is too ealry to tell. Remember it takes 12-18 months to loose the weight. Be patient! Guest guest
Sure do. Since I sell them through a private business (they are not sold in stores) I don't want to bend rules and advertise. If you want to email me privately, I can give you the information. in KC Re: Re: I am bummed out and need help. Guest guest
That's encouraging. I will try to remember that. I know that my " plateau " is not special and everyone goes through it. Keep reminding me if I start to whine. in KC Re: I am bummed out and need help. Guest guest
- I know alot of people have replied already to this thread but I wanted to tell you that its all relative. Not everyone loses at the same rate and you may have a big loss coming around the corner. My weight loss has gone like this: Month 1: 36 lbs Month 2: 10 lbs Month 3: 21 lbs Month 4: 15 lbs And so far Month 5: 1 lb! I think this will be another slow month. Anyhow, I've experienced lots of fluctuation. I will go three weeks and not lose a pound and then drop 7-10 lbs in a week. Give your body some time to adjust. Amy Y. Guest guest
Amy, Thank you for the encouragement. If I lose 10 pounds this week, I will be sure to share with everyone! I can only hope that my weight loss has decided that it is going to fluctuate like yours and not just stay stagnant.
