Does Anyone drink water /exercise to enhance the results of the diet?

I've wanted to know this -- does drinking water (six to eight glasses a day)

help with the diet? As far as lessening flairs and helping the intestines to

recover? And does exercise help with the SCD as well?

It stands to reason since it helps with detoxing.

Yes, definitely, if you have the stamina to manage it. Not

everyone does initially - and if you use up all your energy

that is also not good.

IBD people lack endorphins, exercise creates endorphins.

Many, many endorphin receptors are found in the gut,

so this is a natural way to modulate the immune system

into good health. In my case, before I began all this, I

always felt better gut-wise after exercising. Now I know

why.
