Ok, point taken :-) But now with Dr. Oakley, they could do 4 more per week,

so that makes 8. So would one week of surgeries more than pay for an annual

salary of an additional person to help the poor overworked staff? :-) If

they don't want to do it, its up to them, but I have worked in the mortgage

industry for years and when we get busy busy busy with refinances and such,

they hardly ever add staff and those who are left are working 6 days a week

from 8am - 8pm and the customers are still upset. The loan officers make the

commissions, we just get the same old salary...so I can relate to having too

many things to do! :-)Carole

Yes, I certainly understand your point. I just thought I would mention the

Mon-Thurs thing in case it made a mind set difference for anyone working on

scheduling surgery. Or else it may have been pointless info, I guess, too.
