Guest guest
Thanks for mentioning this to me, hadn't thought of it. However, now that there are 2 surgeons doing surgery, and I think they do around 10 a week, I really don't think it would cost that much to get a good administrative assistant to just be there only to answer patient's questions. As it is, there is one woman, who takes all histories and backgrounds from all consult patients, schedules all consults, answers the phone (when she has time between taking histories), answers patient questions, checks on scheduling with the hosp, etc. etc. etc. etc........ This woman is trying to do 10 million things at once. They have another woman there that I *think* is part-time. AND this is Bowling Green, a college town, where help should be available in the form of many college students who will work for a reasonable amount of money, some even less than reasonable and they Should have some intelligence? I think? Carole
