MORE PROTEIN, MORE FAT, MORE WATER, MORE FOOD, DO NOT SKIP MEALS, EAT REGULAR TIMES< SNACK PROPER, TAKE ALL VITAMINS AND MINERALS, MOVE MORE, THINK POSITIVE, FEEL AND THINK LIKE A WINNER. LESS CARBS, LESS SUGAR, LESS SKIPPED MEALS, LESS PROTEIN BARS INSTEAD OF REAL FOOD, LESS CARBONATED BEVERAGES, LESS BOOZE, LESS SITTING, LESS FEELING SORRY FOR YOURSELF, LESS CARBS!
