Guest guest
Well, I still don't know why my son got these canker sores but I have at least narrowed it down. He is soy free, egg free, gluten, casein, citrus, plus I don't give him high phenol food. He won't take a multi vitamin without a lot of struggle, and I have been so lacked about it. I think he may have a vitamin deficiency he hardly has any vitamin c very little calcium all he eats is brown rice and meats and french fries. I don't give him either. I feel terrible. OR it could be taking zyrtec every night for the past year? OR a virus that has gone on for three weeks? I do know it isn't from his stainless steel crowns, or corn products. Anyone have this happen to their child with all the limitations? Thank you also for a the good advice and support. Bottom line they aren't better but now he is on codeine which takes the awful pain away.
