Happy Birthday Marilyn!  I hope it's awesome for you.  I completely agree with Alyssa on how appreciated you are for all the time you spend with the questions and sharing your recipes.

 

 

There is one question I am curous about since you are the 'official SCD Chef' here ;-).  What birthday cake and dinner are you having that's special to you? 

 

Glad to have you around for another birthday too after all yo've been through.

Thank you so much for your wonderful heart and oodles of time you share with all

of us. Shepherding SCD'ers from newbie'hood all the way to us learning how to

be masterful with the SCD in our daily lives.

You're a treasure. Thank you so much for the gift you have given me, the tools

Happy Birthday, Marilyn, my gratitude for all you do is inestimable. Not only

is your advice sterling, laced with intelligence, humor, knowledge and

generousity, but you once used the word " bouga " to describe my one-year

supplement introduction routine, which surely delighted me (and made me think

twice, back off and start 'em as you suggested). Lucky Harry, lucky us, and

happy many more.

Hi Marilyn,

I just want to add a big Happy Birthday to those of the others. Sorry

I'm a couple days late but I've been that way so far on most

everything this week. I hit 10 months today on SCD and I can't begin

to say how much help you have been to me, whether with general

guidelines, relentless reminders to " make it yourself, make it

yourself " , or your yummy recipes. I know none of us can really know

how much time you spend on the group, but we DO appreciate it!

I'm so glad the cake turned out well with the apples instead of

cherries, and heck, you'll just have to have that butter pecan satin

a different day!
