Well, I hope you are feeling better and I have to say 'peas'--proceed with caution.  They are very high and fiber.  I love.hate them ;-).

Very young early peas may be better for you if you find out that's the culprit.

I just can't understand that it is the peas since I only ate a few of them. I normally I get a immediate reaction if I don't tolerate a food. The yogurt did taste a bit more sour then " normal " .

My stomach was 100% good before I ate the eggs. No pain, no bubling, no gas. I ate 7 quail egg in a small omelet. But I wanted more so I fried to more eggs about 10 minutes after I ate the first omelet. The pain came a couple of minutes after eating those to eggs.

I don't have any more yogurt now so I will need to make a new batch. It was very good, but I am afraid of all the fat in the coconut milk on how much I can eat before I get a flare since I sensitive to fat..

I took 1/4 teaspoon the first day and after a couple of days I could eat several tablespoon with no reaction. When I ate 1 large bowl (1,5 cup..) I got pain but my bm's was good.

Sometimes I do react on egg if the yolk is not stiff and today it was runny, but I never react to bad. I went straight to the toilet and had a green ugly loose bm. The pain continued, is was like something was twisting inside me. I also felt like I was going to trow up.. I took charcoal and it helped...

Well it could be die off or just a change in bowel habits. But seeing as it

happened right after

you ate the eggs, I think they triggered something, especially since you did not

have an fidgety

stomach before you ate the eggs. How about the oil/butter you cooked them in?

Could that

be rancid by any chance?

Have you also tried s. boulardii? That's another way to get in healthy

probiotics.

Can you take/are you taking an enzyme to help break down the fat?

Kim M. can probably help more with that area of fat since I have no first hand

experience with it.
