Ditto! It sounds amazing. I am going to try it for our family's Memorial Day

picnic :)

I uh...almost agree. :D It gives nutrition stats " per serving " but doesn't

actually say how much a serving is. Anyone know what the serving size is?

I was curious, so investigated the eatingwell.com site, the source of the

recipe. Here's what they have to say in regards to serving size:

************************* (direct quote)

Serving Sizes

To help people eat in accordance with the USDA's Dietary Guidelines and Food

Guide Pyramid, EatingWell's suggested portions generally are based upon standard

serving sizes. For example, suggested servings for meat, poultry and fish are

generally 3 to 4 ounces, cooked. A recommended portion of a starch-based side

dish, such as rice or potatoes, is generally ½ cup. Vegetable side dishes are a

minimum of ½ cup.

**********************

Standard, or normal, can cover a lot of ground [grin]. They don't mention cakes

specifically, but I would guess that the calorie level of this recipe serving

indicates that it is a smallish sized piece.
