Guest guest
I took a bag of frozen unsweetened raspberries and cooked them down with a little bit of water and a little honey. I poured all of it into a wire mesh and kept stirring it around. I have a lot of juice but there'a lot of pulp left. How can I get the most out of it? If I add water, I'm diluting it. I covered the sieve/bowl and left it overnight in the fridge. Any ideas what to do with what's left? I plan to use the juice in smoothies with spinach. And btw, what do you put in the blender first to make it sweet, the fruit or the spinach? Can I just fill up half the blender with ice to dilute it enough to eat/drink it? Thanks, Debbi41cd
