Guest guest
Lynn I often just use prunes, stewed and then mashed to make a slurry that is easy to slurp down. Sometimes my stomach isn’t happy with orange juice, no matter how diluted, so then I just use prunes without anything extra added. Straining the prunes would work as well. I couldn’t tolerate prunes until my 4th year on SCD, so by then I could handle the soft and mashed version. Kim M. I ran out of oranges and orange juice, so just used prunes, stewed them for hours and strained. Here is the link with the recipe: http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/knowledge_base/kb/constipation.htm Thank you be well Lynn D
